Kankerspoken.nl is managed by the Verdriet door je hoofd foundation, founded in 2008 and located at Kraayveld 35, 1171 JG Badhoevedorp. Chamber of Commerce: 34305055.
What data do we collect?
If you are a member of the forum, have requested a download, completed a contact form or make other requests for one of our products and/or services, you will be asked to fill in your details. We only process the data that you provide to us yourself. This could be the following data:
- First and last name
- Street and house number
- ZIP code and address
- e-mail address
- phone number
- User name
- Company Name
- IP address
For what purpose do we use the personal data?
The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:
We use your first name and email address to send commercial newsletters and retargeting for Facebook advertisements. We only do this with the data we have obtained by downloading free documents and requesting free workshops/trainings, not with data received via our contact or quotation forms.
Your first name, e-mail address and telephone number that you enter in an order form and contact form are used to send the order and/or to respond to the contact request. We do not store this data in a software system.
Your details on Kankerspoken.nl
Your personal data is stored in our e-mail system and this goes via the MADOO servers. MADOO’s servers are located in the Netherlands. Your data will not be used to send commercial newsletters. We will first request your express permission before sending commercial communications to you.
Online store
We use the information you provide to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. We will not sell and/or provide your information to third parties. Your data will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing your order.
When paying in the Kankerspoken.nl webshop, you will always be referred to the website of a so-called Payment Processor (Mollie) for the transaction through a secure connection. Your payment details are not passed on to our servers and are therefore not stored bykankerspoken.nl. The data we store is:
- First and last name
To deliver your order to the right person - Address, zip code and place of residence
We use this address for correct billing and delivery of your order - Phone number
If it is necessary to contact you regarding your order, we will use your telephone number for this. - E-mail address
With every order, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. - IP address
Your IP address is stored when placing your order to recognize misuse during payment.
If you start a transaction and it is not completed, your transaction data (name, address, email and IP) will be deleted from our server at the end of this month.
Personal data security
We have taken appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption using an SSL certificate and two-factor verification, ensure a level of security that suits the data we process.
Google Analytics
Cookies are placed by our statistics package, Google Analytics.

We would like to know how our visitors use the website and how many people visit our website every month, so that we can optimize the use of the website. Retention period
We do not store your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. If you want your data to be deleted, your personal data will be deleted from the system no later than the end of the relevant month. We keep the data in our accounting and CRM system for at least 8 years, among other things to comply with all our legal obligations.
